Phuc Loc Commune deploys the election plan for the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term

HNP - On December 2, the Party Committee of Phuc Loc commune deployed the election plan for the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

At the Conference, Chief of the Office of the Party Committee of Phuc Loc Commune Nguyen Van Trong announced Decision No. 1076/QD-UBND dated November 13, 2025 on the establishment of the Steering Committee for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in Phuc Loc Commune; at the same time, announced Decision No. 1077/QD-UBND on the establishment of the Commune Election Committee.

Deploying the plan, comrade Le Van Thu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Commune Election Committee, said: The commune's election plan was built to ensure the election takes place democratically, in accordance with the law, safely, and achieves high results.

Chief of the Office of the Party Committee of Phuc Loc Commune Nguyen Van Trong announced the decisions to establish the Election Steering Committee and the Commune Election Committee.

The election taking place on March 15, 2026, is an important political activity, contributing to promoting the people's mastery and building a socialist rule-of-law state.

Through elections, the commune aims to select truly representative representatives, with both virtue and talent, representing the will and aspirations of voters.

Comrade Le Van Thu emphasized the need to maintain political stability and social order and safety; promptly handle violations; strive for a high voter turnout and elect enough delegates, so that election day truly becomes a festival for all people.

Regarding implementation, Phuc Loc commune seriously deployed training conferences, Central and City deployment conferences; organized commune-level conferences to disseminate election tasks to the entire political system.

Comrade Le Van Thu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Commune Election Committee deployed the election plan.

Comrade Le Van Thu also informed the key timelines: establishing the Commune Election Committee before November 28, 2025; dividing the constituencies before December 15, 2025; establishing the Election Committee and Election Team in January 2026; determining and establishing the voting areas before January 9, 2026. The organizations in charge of the election must ensure sufficient numbers and composition and select responsible and experienced people.

Regarding the consultation work, according to comrade Le Van Thu, Phuc Loc commune will conduct three rounds according to the instructions of the National Assembly Standing Committee: Round one before December 10, 2025; round two before February 3, 2026; round three before February 14, 2026. The list of candidates must ensure the quality and structure according to regulations, such as the ratio of female, young, non-Party, and ethnic minority delegates.

The preparation and posting of the voter list will be done before February 2, 2026, ensuring accuracy and transparency for people to check and give comments. The commune also organized many professional training sessions so that the election team can grasp the process.

Concluding the Conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Phuc Loc Commune, To Van Sang, emphasized that this term, elections will only be held at 3 levels, but Phuc Loc Commune currently has a large population and a large number of voters, so personnel work needs to be done closely, ensuring that the introduced delegates are people with courage and intelligence, representing the voice of the people.

There is not much time left until the election day, the workload is large, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of the commune requested units to continue to promote propaganda so that people clearly understand the time, location and election process; at the same time, strengthen the fight against false arguments, maintain security and order, strictly implement personnel procedures, grasp the people's ideological situation, carefully prepare facilities... so that the election in the area takes place safely, democratically and successfully.
