Phuoc Thanh Commune, Ho Chi Minh City: More than 200 people participated in voluntary blood donation

With the theme "Donate blood - Give life", more than 200 people in Phuoc Thanh commune volunteered to participate.

On December 9, the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation in Phuoc Thanh Commune, Ho Chi Minh City organized the 2025 Voluntary Blood Donation Festival with the theme "Donate blood - Give life ".

A large number of cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members, teachers, armed forces and people of Phuoc Thanh commune participated in the festival.

The festival was attended by more than 200 volunteers who are cadres, civil servants, public employees, union members, teachers, armed forces and people in the commune.

Volunteers are screened for health when participating in the festival.

As a result, the festival's organizing committee received 199 units of blood, meeting the set target. All the blood received was handed over to specialized units to serve the emergency and treatment of patients at medical facilities.
