The center is designed as a "creative playground," where businesses, production facilities, artisans, and skilled craftsmen come together to showcase distinctive products that reflect the local culture. With 11 standard booths and a typical product display area, the center features 17 OCOP (One Commune One Product) brands, handicrafts, and typical rural industrial products from Quoc Oai commune and neighboring communes.

The highlight of the center is the demonstration of traditional crafts right at the stalls. Here, locals and tourists can directly witness the process of making Chè Lam, Bánh Gai, Bánh Chưng, Bánh Gio, etc., and listen to stories about the crafts from the artisans themselves. Therefore, the shopping space is not only a place for exchanging goods, but also a place for spreading cultural values and traditional memories.
