According to the plan, the commune will mobilize all human resources, vehicles, and facilities for timely rescue, in which saving people first, then saving property, minimizing damage to people and property of the people. The forces assigned to respond must regularly patrol and check vulnerable points, promptly report to the Commune Civil Defense Command to proactively handle when situations occur. The commune has specifically built 3 scenarios for timely response including: Strong storms, super storms near the shore and emergency; strong storms, super storms making landfall; post-storm floods and overcoming consequences. The force participating in responding to storm No. 15 of the commune has mobilized a total of 489 people. Currently, according to the assigned functions and tasks, the forces are strengthening propaganda work for the people about the developments of storm No. 15 so that people can proactively reinforce their houses, protect property, monitor weather information and coordinate with the authorities when there is a request for evacuation. At the same time, organize a review of vulnerable areas, flooded areas, and households at risk of being affected to have timely evacuation plans; organize forces on duty at roads at risk of deep flooding to warn and guide people during storms. At the same time, the commune prepares communication equipment, mobile equipment, life buoys, flashlights, ropes and essential supplies to promptly support people when storms occur.
