Thuong Tin Commune visits relatives of victims of the tourist boat capsize in Ha Long Bay

On the morning of July 20, the working delegation of Thuong Tin commune visited, encouraged and expressed condolences to the family of Mr. Hoang Tien Moc in hamlet 5, Van Hoi village, whose 4 relatives died in the tourist boat capsized in Ha Long Bay on the afternoon of July 19.

The working delegation of Thuong Tin commune led by Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Thuong Tin Commune People's Committee Phan Thanh Tung visited, encouraged and expressed condolences to Mr. Hoang Tien Moc's family.

On behalf of the leaders of Thuong Tin commune, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune Phan Thanh Tung encouraged and hoped that the family would be less sad due to the great loss. He presented the family with 33 million VND in support (of which the commune supported 20 million VND, the Fatherland Front of the commune supported 10 million VND, and the Women's Union of the commune supported 3 million VND). This is a practical action, demonstrating the sense of responsibility, humanity and deep sympathy of the Party Committee, government, and Fatherland Front of the commune with the victim's family.

* On the same morning, leaders of Thuong Tin commune also inspected flood and storm prevention work and repaired fallen trees on roads in the commune.
