Up to now, 100% of village and hamlet roads have been concreted and asphalted; people's lives have been improved day by day; every year more than 95% of families achieve cultural standards; nearly 70% of families meet the criteria and are given model signs "Clean house, clean alley"; "Clean house, beautiful garden"... The village has been recognized as meeting the standards of a model new rural residential area.

With the motto of "using the people's strength to care for the people", on the basis of its functions and tasks, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Trieu Viet Vuong commune has effectively deployed propaganda work, focusing mainly on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws. At the same time, effectively deployed patriotic emulation movements, campaigns associated with promoting socio -economic development, improving the quality of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas" attracting a large number of cadres, members, union members and people from all walks of life to participate. Along with that, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune has focused on supervision, social criticism and promoting democracy at the grassroots level. From 2024 up to now, it has organized to collect opinions from representatives of local leaders and 940 households of Xuan Dinh village on the implementation of the project of the road connecting cultural heritage, tourism and economic development along the Red River; Collect opinions from 797 households in Duc Nhuan Ha and Yen Vinh residential areas on the results of implementing the model new rural construction and participate in giving feedback to local authorities on security and order, military recruitment, environmental sanitation, land management...

In social security work, in 2025, the whole commune has 51 poor, near-poor, and disadvantaged households supported with a total amount of 3.3 billion VND to build and repair houses; mobilized cadres and people to support the "For the Poor" Fund in 2025 with over 200 million VND and supported compatriots affected by storm No. 3 with over 137 million VND. For socio -political organizations, social organizations have been very creative in mobilizing funds to organize humanitarian and charitable activities, giving hundreds of gifts to members, union members in difficult circumstances, and policy families on holidays and Tet... My daughter is married far away, my son has a mental illness, I am old and weak, so I am helpless. I am very grateful for the support of 50 million VND from the province to repair the house and always believe in the leadership of the Party and the State." In addition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune has coordinated with socio-political organizations and social organizations to propagate and mobilize people to donate land, contribute working days, funds to renovate infrastructure, expand rural roads, participate in general cleaning of village roads and alleys, plant flowers along the roads... contributing to making the rural appearance more prosperous, creating a green, clean, beautiful and civilized living space. Up to now, the commune has 13/20 residential areas achieving model new rural areas; 20 villages maintaining the title of cultural villages; over 94% of families achieving cultural status; The number of poor households according to the new criteria decreased to 0.47%.
