Vi Xuyen Commune started building charity houses for poor households

On the morning of November 12, the Fatherland Front Committee of Vi Xuyen commune held a groundbreaking ceremony to build a house of gratitude for Mr. Giang Mi Seo's family in Suoi Dong village. Attending the ceremony were Venerable Thich Duc Chung - Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Tuyen Quang province, Head of the Buddhist Guidance Committee, abbot of Nam Dau pagoda; and leaders of the commune Party Committee.

Delegates symbolically presented support for house construction to Mr. Giang Mi Seo's family, Suoi Dong village.

Mr. Giang Mi Seo's family is a poor household with extremely difficult circumstances in Suoi Dong village. Due to the impact of the recent storm No. 10, the family's house has seriously degraded and is no longer safe for living. In that situation, the Fatherland Front Committee of Vi Xuyen commune contacted Venerable Thich Duc Chung - Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in the province, calling on Valis Dental Group to support 60 million VND to help Mr. Seo's family build a new house. The family also contributed an additional part of the cost to complete the project with an area of ​​about 60 square meters. The house is expected to be completed before Tet, helping Mr. Giang Mi Seo's family have a stable place to live and celebrate Tet in a spacious, warm and affectionate house.

The forces supported the family to dig the house foundation.

The project "House of gratitude for poor households" in Suoi Dong village is a practical activity with profound humanitarian significance, contributing to the locality's effective implementation of social security goals and the movement "The whole country joins hands for the poor - No one is left behind".
