Vinh Thinh Commune combines economic development with environmental protection and preservation of traditional cultural identity.

The newly established Vinh Thinh commune was established on the basis of merging two administrative units, Vinh Thinh commune and Vinh Hiep commune. During the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee, government and people of the two communes have promoted the revolutionary tradition, solidarity, made efforts to overcome difficulties, and successfully implemented the goals and targets set by the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020-2025 term.

The economy continued to grow steadily, the economic structure shifted in a positive direction, the basic targets met and exceeded the Resolution. The socio-economic infrastructure was invested in and upgraded; the rural appearance improved; the quality of cultural and social activities improved; social security was basically ensured; the material and spiritual life of the people was gradually improved. Political security and social order and safety were ensured.

During the 2025-2030 term, Vinh Thinh Commune Party Committee will continue to innovate leadership methods, promote administrative reform, be proactive, creative, determined to successfully implement the set goals and tasks, and build the commune to develop more sustainably and civilized.

Speaking at the Congress, Major General Le Quang Nhan highly appreciated the spirit of solidarity, efforts to overcome difficulties, and the dynamism and creativity of the Party Committee, government and people in the commune.

Orienting the tasks in the coming time, the Provincial Police Director suggested that the Party Committee of the commune should continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, self-reliance and development aspirations. At the same time, it is necessary to focus on building the great national unity bloc, strengthening unity within the Party, creating social consensus to mobilize all resources for socio -economic development.

In particular, it is necessary to identify agriculture as the foundation, develop agricultural processing industry, services, and eco-tourism. In addition, the commune continues to focus on protecting and developing forests, resolutely handling violations, linking economic development with environmental protection and preserving traditional cultural identity.

Regarding social security, the commune needs to focus on implementing the goal of sustainable poverty reduction, improving the quality of education and health care, and taking care of the lives of ethnic minorities, especially in remote areas.

Major General Le Quang Nhan emphasized: "It is necessary to continue to effectively implement the Central Committee's resolutions on Party building and rectification; improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations, build a contingent of cadres and Party members with true qualities and abilities, close to the people, and wholeheartedly serving the people."

Along with that, the commune needs to promote administrative reform, apply information technology in management, operation and provision of public services, towards a modern and transparent administration.

In the field of national defense and security, Major General Le Quang Nhan requested the communal police force to continue to promote its core role in ensuring security and order at the grassroots level. Proactively grasp the situation, avoid being passive or surprised, maintain political security, social order and safety, and create a stable and safe environment for socio-economic development.

"I deeply believe that with the achieved foundation, high political determination and consensus among the people, the Vinh Thinh Commune Party Committee will successfully implement the goals set out in the Congress Resolution, building Vinh Thinh into a comprehensively developed commune, contributing significantly to the overall development of Gia Lai province" - Major General Le Quang Nhan expressed.

The Congress announced the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and key positions of the Vinh Thinh Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Executive Committee consists of 22 comrades; Comrade Bui Tan Thanh was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
