Vu Thu Commune: Donating digital devices to union and organization officials in villages

On the afternoon of November 29, Vu Thu commune organized a program to give away digital devices including 10 smartphones to union and organization officials in villages that do not have the conditions to buy smartphones and are always actively participating in social work.

Leaders of Vu Thu commune presented smartphones to union and organization officials in the villages.

All smartphones are installed with public service applications such as: zalo management, online public services, VNeID, professional software of organizations... ensuring safety, security and meeting work requirements.

Equipping with smartphones helps union and union officials in villages improve work efficiency, especially in managing members; supporting procedures for loans, health insurance, social security; deploying digital community models in villages and hamlets; receiving and responding to timely instructions...

After receiving the phone call, union and organization officials in the villages were instructed to install and use some essential applications.

In the coming time, Vu Thu commune will continue to mobilize support for digital devices to fully equip all cadres of associations and unions in villages and groups; poor and near-poor households, the elderly, and single people who cannot afford to equip themselves with smartphones to promote community digital transformation with the motto "no one is left behind in digital transformation".
