Verifying information about leaders of high schools in Hai Hau having substandard behavior

The Ninh Binh province education sector is clarifying information that a male leader of a high school in Hai Hau commune had intimate and 'sexual' behavior with many women right in his office.

On November 10, Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ninh Binh province, said that the unit is verifying and clarifying information that has been circulating on social networks in recent days, claiming that a male leader of To Hien Thanh High School (a private school) had inappropriate behavior with many women right in his office.

According to Mr. Dung, through the preliminary report of To Hien Thanh High School (located in Yen Dinh town, Hai Hau district, old Nam Dinh province; now in Hai Hau commune, Ninh Binh province), the school confirmed that the man in the clips and images circulating on social networks is not the principal, nor is he a teacher of the school, and this person has never taught at any educational institution.

Mr. Dung added that information spread on social networks without verification and clarification will affect the education sector, so people need to be vigilant and wait for official information when it is clarified.

In recent days, on many social networking sites, clips and images of a man said to be a staff member at To Hien Thanh High School have been circulating, showing him being intimate and "intimate" with many women in his office.

Images from the clips show that before each time he behaved inappropriately with women, this man used a cloth to cover the camera, however, sensitive images from his office still appeared afterward, many clips were not covered. Images from the camera also show that the time occurred from 2024 to early 2025.

Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training is verifying the incident and will have official information when the case is clarified.
