Construction of resettlement areas for the road project connecting Gia Binh Airport with Hanoi Capital will be completed before July 21, 2026.

BAC NINH - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh has just signed Plan No. 56/KH-UBND to implement the Investment Project to build a road connecting Gia Binh Airport, Bac Ninh province with Hanoi capital (section through Bac Ninh province).

The project to invest in building a route connecting Gia Binh Airport with Hanoi Capital (section through Bac Ninh province) is a project in the list of important national works and projects, key to the Transport sector. The implementation of the project not only forms a strategic traffic route, creating an important connection between Gia Binh Airport and the National transport network, but also contributes to completing the regional infrastructure system, strengthening the economic and social development linkage between localities. At the same time, it helps to improve transport capacity, promote socio-economic development, ensure national defense and security and create a premise for other key infrastructure projects.

With such special importance, the Project has received the attention and direct direction of the General Secretary , the Government Standing Committee, the Prime Minister and the Party and State leaders with specific requirements and goals on progress, quality and efficiency. Therefore, the issuance of the Plan aims to clearly define tasks, assign specific responsibilities and progress for each work item, ensuring timely, synchronous, public, transparent and effective implementation of the Project. At the same time, it mobilizes all resources, contributing to the completion of the transport infrastructure system, improving the capacity of air and road transport, promoting socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and improving the quality of people's lives.

According to the Plan, for BT projects, complete project approval (and simultaneously approve the selected Investor in special cases) before September 24, 2025. Then, clear the agricultural land and hand it over to the Investor before December 21, 2025; clear the non-agricultural land (residential land, constructions on land, etc.) and hand it over to the Investor before February 21, 2026; construct resettlement areas to serve the site clearance and complete before July 21, 2026; construct, renovate and expand cemeteries to serve the relocation of graves and graves and complete before January 2, 2026 (striving to complete before the Winter Solstice); relocate and return technical infrastructure works to serve the site clearance and complete before February 21, 2026. Construction of the project to be completed before December 31, 2026.

Based on the Project Implementation Plan, agencies, units, localities and Project Investors are responsible for arranging apparatus, personnel, implementing processes and procedures of the Project. Along with that, closely coordinate, promptly resolve difficulties and problems, ensure progress, quality and efficiency.
