On the morning of November 12, the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations held a conference to contribute ideas to the draft Resolution on Regulations on a number of policies for the development of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Ha Tinh for the period 2026-2030.

Attending the conference were representatives of the Department of Culture - Society (Provincial People's Council), Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and local intellectuals.

The Draft Regulations on a number of policies for the development of Ha Tinh Culture, Sports and Tourism in the period of 2026 - 2030 is expected to be discussed and presented at the regular meeting of the Provincial People's Council in December 2025. The draft is built with 5 chapters and 44 articles, which stipulate policies on supporting tourism development, high-performance sports policies, cultural development policies, etc.

Former Vice President of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations Nguyen Thanh Son gave comments at the conference.

At the conference, delegates gave in-depth comments on the draft resolution. Delegates gave specific comments on the scope, subjects and support levels in each field; suggested reviewing and adjusting some contents to suit the reality, ensuring feasibility, effectiveness and avoiding overlap with current policies.

The Union of Associations will synthesize and absorb the maximum amount of comments sent to the competent authorities to complete the draft resolution to ensure full legal basis, consistency, feasibility, and suitability with the development orientation of the province.
