First of all, it is necessary to continue to innovate and improve the quality of preschool and general education by focusing on strengthening comprehensive education in morality, intelligence, physical fitness and aesthetics, forming a system of values ​​for the new era Vietnamese people and educating morality and cultural traditions with sophistication, tolerance, studiousness, self-reliance, the ability to learn throughout life with scientific thinking, digital competence and the ability to use foreign languages ​​and English. Focus on building a team of teachers, standard school facilities, building boarding and semi-boarding schools for high school students in remote, isolated and border areas; creating motivation for managers, teachers, staff and students to meet the requirements of building and developing the country and protecting the Fatherland in the new development stage.

Second, develop vocational education in association with the labor market. Reform and modernize vocational education, create a breakthrough in developing human resources with high vocational skills, meticulousness and sophistication, especially in Hue's advantageous fields such as tourism, services, high-quality healthcare, digital technology and artificial intelligence, cultural industry. Expand the training model linking "school - business - community" and international cooperation in vocational training according to the training standards of Germany, Korea, Singapore...

Third, comprehensive digital transformation, popularization and strong application of digital technology and artificial intelligence in education and training. Building a strategy for applying artificial intelligence in education and training, streamlining management processes in education and developing digital capacity for managers, teachers, staff and learners.

Fourth, linking education with heritage and Hue identity in the direction of building a learning society. Persistently and mobilizing forces to participate in the program "One hour of learning at heritage", "Historical experience at historical relics/museums", "Green Sunday" movement, "Sunday for the community", "Beauty of school culture"... Special values, such as: Royal court music, Hue songs, traditional festivals, crafts, fashion, Hue cuisine... need to be integrated into teaching and extracurricular activities for all students and people to preserve and develop the brand "Hue - city of education, culture, heritage" of Vietnam.

Fifth, promote cooperation and deep international integration in education and training. Strengthen links with domestic and international schools and research institutes to improve the quality of education, training and scientific research. Attract international students, overseas students and overseas Vietnamese to study and research, organize international student exchange camps, heritage summer camps for international students, regional and national students... contributing to promoting the educational brand of Hue in particular and Vietnam in general.
