Building Mui Ne Ward Union to become a reliable support for union members

Mui Ne Ward Trade Union has just successfully organized the 1st Ward Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030. This is the last commune, ward and special zone trade union in the Eastern region of Lam Dong province to organize a Congress.

Attending the Congress were comrades: Pham Van Nam, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of Mui Ne Ward People's Council; Ho Cong Duong, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation.

Mui Ne Ward Union is assigned to manage 35 grassroots unions, with a total of 3,766 union members, most of whom are workers in the tourism sector.

In recent times, the Ward Union has actively participated in the common activities of the Party Committee, the government, and the Mui Ne Ward Fatherland Front. In particular, the Union has actively participated in social charity, donated charity houses to poor households, and organized union meals.

Grassroots trade unions actively build strong units, proactively grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers; protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members.

Voting to pass targets at the Mui Ne Ward Trade Union Congress

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", for the 2025 - 2030 term, Mui Ne Ward Trade Union sets out many specific targets and tasks to continue building a strong and comprehensive Trade Union organization.

Specifically, strive to have 90% of enterprises and units with qualified trade union organizations to represent, negotiate and sign collective labor agreements in accordance with the law.

Strive for 90% or more of union members and workers to be informed, disseminated, studied, and thoroughly understood of the Party's guidelines and resolutions, and the State's policies and laws related to labor and trade unions...

Comrade Ho Cong Duong, Vice President of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, presented the painting "Uncle Ho with the Vietnam Trade Union" to the Congress.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Ho Cong Duong, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, highly appreciated the initiative of the Ward Union in caring for and accompanying workers.

Comrade Ho Cong Duong, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation, presented the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation appointing the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of Mui Ne Ward Labor Union.

In the new term, the Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Union requested the ward Union to continue operating effectively, building harmonious labor relations, contributing to maintaining the stability and development of the local tourism industry.

Comrade Pham Van Nam, Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Mui Ne Ward congratulated the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Ward Trade Union.

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and key positions of the Mui Ne Ward Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Tran Ngoc Phuc was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Mui Ne Ward Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.
