
After many adjustments and improvements, the Vietnamese Business Cultural Values set demonstrates the spirit of selective adaptation, promoting national identity in the era of digital economy and artificial intelligence, orienting the business community to manage businesses with culture. Building corporate culture becomes an endogenous driving force, helping businesses improve their competitiveness, strengthen trust with partners and customers, and spread the image of Vietnamese brands.
The campaign "Building Vietnamese corporate culture" launched in 2016 has created a clear change in the awareness and actions of the business community.
Through four awards, the organizing committee has honored 74 enterprises that meet Vietnamese business culture standards, thereby affirming the role of culture in management and development.
According to many businesses, although it does not bring "immediate" or "immediate" benefits, culture creates cohesion, trust, and motivation for businesses to overcome difficulties and accelerate strongly.
In the context of deep integration, more and more Vietnamese enterprises are investing in international markets, advanced business culture becomes an "identity card" to help identify and determine the position of enterprises in the global market. The set of Vietnamese business culture values will be a handbook to help enterprises operate effectively, build prestige and create sustainable values.
However, building Vietnamese business culture standards is a long-term journey that connects economic motivation with spreading ethical and humanistic values. Building a corporate culture foundation needs to continue to be associated with traditional national cultural values and a sense of social responsibility in business. Cultural governance is the way to help businesses develop strongly, while contributing to building a prosperous nation.
Therefore, not only limited to the internal scope of each organization, corporate culture needs to be expanded into the common values of the business community, thus forming an environment of cooperation and development, thereby shaping the identity of Vietnamese business culture in the international market.
Faced with new requirements of the integration period, in addition to communicating and disseminating the set of values to associations and business networks, it is necessary to continue researching and perfecting tools to assess the impact of culture in production and business activities, and at the same time find solutions so that culture continues to permeate the thinking, becoming the principles of action of the business community.
Along with that, the establishment of culturally standard business clubs; the compilation of handbooks, the sharing of experiences in building effective culture... will suggest practical ways to create momentum for the development of a force of Vietnamese entrepreneurs with identity.
Vietnamese businessmen need to affirm their dedicated image, respect ethical values and national identity, thereby building a solid personal and collective brand that is consistent with the Vietnamese corporate cultural value system.
