VHO - Within the framework of the Con Son - Kiep Bac Autumn Festival 2025, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong has introduced three new discovery and experience tourism products associated with the world heritage complex of Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac. The tours combine visiting relics, festival activities, cultural - culinary experiences and community tourism, promising to bring visitors a unique, emotional journey with a strong heritage imprint.

Heritage discovery and experience tours to meet people's needs

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong city has just introduced three discovery and experience tours: Experience tour "1 journey of 5 world heritage destinations"; Experience tour "Following the footsteps of the Three Patriarchs of Truc Lam"; Tour "Discovering the World Heritage of Con Son, Kiep Bac".

The tours are designed to combine cultural, historical and spiritual values ​​with real-life experiences, helping visitors to both worship and learn about history while participating in many unique interactive activities.

Three tours, three shades of experience

Tour 1: “A journey, 5 world heritage destinations” lasts 2 days and 1 night, connecting Kiep Bac – Con Son – Thanh Mai – Kinh Chu – Nham Duong. This journey takes visitors through a series of activities of offering incense, visiting relics, enjoying lotus tea, green bean cakes, experiencing Nine-Piece Lotus spinning, making Van Yen pottery, woodblock printing, writing calligraphy, walking in the maple forest of Thanh Mai pagoda or climbing Kinh Chu cave.

Tour 2: “Following the footsteps of the Three Patriarchs of Truc Lam” is designed for 1 day, connecting with three important pagodas in the Truc Lam system: Sung Nghiem, Thanh Mai and Con Son. In addition to visiting and listening to explanations about the architectural works, visitors can also experience woodblock printing, drinking herbal tea, and making traditional ethnic cakes.

Tour 3: “ Discovering the Con Son – Kiep Bac heritage” takes place in 2 days and 1 night, focusing on exploring the depth of cultural and historical values ​​of these two places. In addition to incense offering and in-depth explanations, visitors also participate in cultural exchanges, campfires, conquering Ban Co Tien, meditating at Bach Van Hermitage, learning about the mysteries of Ngu Nhac Mountain, and enjoying chrysanthemum tea at Lau Nghinh Phong.

For effective implementation, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has directed the Con Son - Kiep Bac Relic Management Board to coordinate with units to review, renovate and embellish infrastructure, and at the same time build a pilot experience model to increase the value of the destination. The tour guide force has been trained, collected and systematized documents to improve the quality of presentation, creating attractiveness for tourists.
