Dong Nai: A truck was running on Highway 20, passing through Tan Phu district, when suddenly the two rear wheels flew off and rolled freely, almost hitting a motorcyclist, on the morning of May 6.
At around 7am, a refrigerated truck with a Lam Dong license plate was traveling on Highway 20, heading from Ho Chi Minh City to Da Lat. When it reached Phu Xuan Commune, Tan Phu District, the car's rear axle broke, two wheels flew out, and the truck bed collapsed onto the road, making a loud noise.

Due to inertia, the two wheels of the truck rolled into the inner lane at high speed, forcing the young man on the motorbike in the opposite direction to swerve onto the sidewalk. A woman also braked suddenly to avoid it.
"The car had just started moving when the axle broke. Many people on the street shouted loudly, so the young man on the motorbike knew to move onto the sidewalk. Otherwise, the consequences would have been unpredictable," said Mr. Hung, a witness to the incident.
The accident caused no casualties, but the refrigerated truck blocked the highway, causing traffic jams for hours.
