Line up from early morning to "hunt" for discounted phones and laptops

(NLDO) - The Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural House on weekend mornings attracted thousands of technology enthusiasts to experience and hunt for products with discounts up to 50%.

AI technology experience event organized by Mobile World on December 6 and 7 at Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural House.

According to records, from early morning, there were many people lining up to wait for the opening event and register to participate because the program has activities to try AI-integrated devices, specialized workshops, games and price promotions during the event.

According to observations, in the morning, many customers gathered in the laptop and smartphone area. Some models were heavily discounted compared to buying at the store. Mr. Truong Nguyen Hung, a resident of Binh Trung ward, said he bought a laptop after experiencing the product: "The HP I saw cost more than 20 million VND, but at the event it was reduced to 11 million VND. I decided to buy it right away and plan to come back in the afternoon to buy more for family members who need to use it."

Mobile phones are popular with young people

According to the record, the experience area is arranged by product groups including phones, laptops, wearable devices and smart accessories. Visitors can try some new AI features on the devices, attend product introductions, take souvenir photos and receive shopping vouchers.

Some companies organize minigames and technology interactive activities, in addition to product testing tournaments for interested users.

According to the organizers, some products are on sale during the event. Attendees can buy directly at the sales area or receive a discount code for later use.

Also according to observations, the atmosphere at the event remained lively throughout the morning, the number of visitors gradually increased towards noon. Most participants said they were not only interested in the adjusted price but also wanted to see firsthand the ability to apply AI on new generation devices.

The event will remain open until December 7 and is expected to attract a large number of visitors as it is near the end of the year shopping season.
