The Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Lak province requested distributors to urgently assess the amount of inventory, develop a plan to supplement goods suitable to the needs of each region; ensure a stable and continuous supply of goods. Enterprises and distributors must stabilize selling prices, avoid unreasonable price increases; list prices and sell at the listed prices; promptly supply goods according to the requirements of local authorities. Units must coordinate closely to ensure that there are no shortages or interruptions in supply, contributing to stabilizing people's lives after natural disasters; and at the same time report to the Department of Industry and Trade in case of difficulties or problems for timely handling.

Communes and wards mobilize and coordinate to support affected and damaged local production and business units to quickly restore production and business activities, ensuring the maintenance of the supply of essential goods in the market.
The Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Lak province also directed the Provincial Market Management Department to proactively organize and assign 100% of its forces to be on duty 24/7 in the area; promptly detect and strictly handle acts of taking advantage of natural disasters to speculate, hoard goods, and unreasonably increase prices of essential goods, necessities, gasoline, supplies, equipment, and construction materials serving people's lives and home repairs.
According to the reporter's observations on the morning of November 25, some traditional markets in the eastern part of Dak Lak province have resumed operations after the flood. Supermarkets, fresh food stores, and convenience stores have also replenished their supply, ensuring to meet people's needs. However, for fresh food products, the selling price has decreased somewhat compared to the time when the floodwaters had just receded, but is still quite high.
