On the evening of November 30, while patrolling the Tan Phu Thinh residential area, the Commune Police working group discovered a large group of teenagers gathering, preparing to perform wheelies, revving their engines, "performing" and cheering. The task force promptly stopped and worked with 44 teenagers, temporarily impounding 38 motorbikes with signs of structural changes, not ensuring technical safety.
At the police station, the teenagers confessed that they had gathered together to "perform" and cheer. The commune police are preparing a case to handle it according to regulations.
Can Giuoc Commune Police recommend that parents strengthen their control over their children, do not hand over vehicles to unqualified drivers, and coordinate education to prevent teenagers from engaging in swerving, weaving, and illegal racing.

Implementing the peak period to ensure security and order, from July 1, 2025 to now, Can Giuoc Commune Police mobilized forces and established mobile patrol teams at many time frames, especially at night and on weekends. The working groups focused on patrolling routes and areas where swerving and weaving often occurred such as residential areas of Tan Phu Thinh, Tan Phuoc, My Dinh, Long Phu, Tan Thuan, Nam Sai Gon, etc.
Thanks to proactively monitoring the situation, the Commune Police force promptly detected, prevented and dispersed teenagers gathering and driving at high speed, causing danger./.
