Spring Offensive 2026 - Partnering with Vietnamese Shops

Entering the first quarter of 2026, a time when the e-commerce market is booming, Vietnam Post officially launched the "Spring Campaign 2026 - Accompanying Vietnamese Shops" program, creating a growth boost for the online business community right from the beginning of the year.

The program is designed as a targeted stimulus solution, directly aimed at e-commerce customers, a force playing an increasingly important role in the digital logistics ecosystem. Beyond just discounted shipping rates, "Spring Speed Campaign 2026" is positioned as a comprehensive support package, helping shops optimize operating costs, increase production, and strengthen their competitiveness in an increasingly fierce market.

The program's key feature lies in clearly segmenting customer groups to develop appropriate policies, ensuring that needs are met at the right time.

For new customers, the "Spring Lucky Gift for New Shops" promotion offers the chance to experience the Platinum service package without requiring a sales commitment. The uniform price of only 11,600 VND/order within the province and 13,000 VND/order inter-provincial helps online shops and businesses proactively control costs during peak periods. This is considered an important "stepping stone" for sellers to access high-quality services, evaluate actual operational efficiency, and build long-term business strategies.

The orders were delivered to people in the early days of spring.

For customers using e-commerce delivery services, the program offers the "More Orders - Bigger Cashback" package, creating incentives for increased volume through a direct cashback mechanism. Specifically, customers with 1,000-3,000 shipments per month receive a 2% cashback on total shipping costs; for over 3,000 shipments per month, the cashback reaches 3%. This mechanism not only encourages increased revenue but also helps shops reinvest in marketing activities and expand their customer base.

In the context of e-commerce entering a phase of competition based on speed and service experience, logistics has become a decisive factor in customer retention. Therefore, "Spring Speed Campaign 2026 - Partnering with Vietnamese Shops" is not just a seasonal promotion, but also demonstrates Vietnam Post 's long-term commitment to supporting the digital business community.

Starting in the spring, each efficiently processed order will be a step forward in the growth journey. With flexible policies that are closely aligned with business realities, the program is expected to create momentum for Vietnamese shops to break through, contributing to the sustainable development of the e-commerce ecosystem in 2026.
