Landslide appears, threatening the safety of Mimosa Pass

On November 18, a landslide appeared at Mimosa Pass in Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat (Lam Dong), posing a potential risk to traffic safety on the pass.

The landslide occurred at Km224+700, on the road from Duc Trong to Da Lat. Based on on-site observations, the landslide extended for approximately 20 meters, with soil and rocks collapsing, causing the guardrail system to slide down about 1.5 meters below the road surface.

Immediately after the incident occurred, officials from the Lam Dong Provincial Road Maintenance Board arrived to inspect and record the landslide situation, and also proceeded to put up warning tape to ensure the safety of vehicles traveling through the area.
