At Le Loi Secondary School (Pho Hien Ward), Pham Thi Minh Hai, a student in class 8D and the school's Youth Union leader, is always mentioned by her teachers and friends as an all-around excellent member. Not only has she excelled academically for many years, but Minh Hai also boasts outstanding achievements in science and technology competitions, reading and writing contests, and Youth Union activities. As the Youth Union leader and also serving as the Vice President of the Hung Yen Provincial Children's Council for the 2025-2027 term, Minh Hai is a prominent figure in the school's and local community's movements. She actively participates in the Young Pioneers' Propaganda Team, arts and culture activities, summer camps, volunteer work, and many competitions launched by the Youth Union and the Youth Union. Sharing her study secrets, Minh Hai said: "I always create a specific schedule for each day. Besides class time, I spend a lot of time reading books, taking notes using mind maps, and proactively learning about social issues. While Minh Hai stands out for his multifaceted talents, Nguyen Tan Binh, a 9th-grade student from Le Loi Secondary School, impresses with his passion for scientific research and his serious and persistent dedication to learning. Having been an outstanding student for many years, Tan Binh has achieved a series of high accomplishments, including: Second Prize in the Hung Yen Provincial Youth and Children's Innovation Competition in 2023; Second Prize in the Provincial Science and Technology Competition for Secondary School Students in the 2024-2025 school year; Second Prize in the writing competition "Uncle Ho with Hung Yen, Hung Yen with Uncle Ho" organized by the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee in 2023; and Second Prize in the "Reading Culture Ambassador" competition in Hung Yen Province in 2024. Third prize in the "Young Writers' Contest" in 2025... Notably, Tan Binh was honored to be recognized at the 10th National Congress of Exemplary Children of Uncle Ho in 2025, an award acknowledging the comprehensive efforts in studying, training, and Youth Union activities.
What's admirable about Tan Binh is her proactive spirit and excellent self-learning ability. Despite participating in many activities, she consistently maintains good academic results by managing her time effectively. Every day, she dedicates time to reviewing old material, creating clear study plans, and limiting her phone use while studying. Not only is she an excellent student, Thien Van is also a prominent figure in extracurricular activities, arts and culture, and possesses a talent for hosting events.
For many years, Thien Van has consistently served as the Head of the Youth Union and the Team Leader of the Ho Chi Minh Young Radio and Propaganda Team, always being a "key figure" in school and local activities.
