Power Transmission Company 1 (PTC1) said: The storm caused problems for 09 500kV lines, 34 220kV lines, causing complete power outages at 02 500kV transformer stations and 08 220kV transformer stations.
To ensure the power supply to the loads is restored, PTC1 has mobilized the total force of the Northeast Power Transmission 1 and Northeast Power Transmission 2 units, increasing the number of officers and workers at Power Transmission. Ha Noi and Northeast Power Transmission 3 participated in troubleshooting.

Specifically at Dong Hoa 220kV substation: AT1 transformer has 03 damaged 110kV porcelain type COT 550-1600A, damaged 01 damaged neutral porcelain type COT 325 - 1000A, 06 broken 220kV and 110kV pole clamps and the transformer is missing about 4-5 tons of Hyvolt III oil - USA. This item is expected to take about 5-10 days (around September 14 - September 9) to restore the transformer.
For the 2 CSVs with broken rudders, the repair work is expected to be completed on September 10.

The 220kV and 110kV AT1 transformer's porcelain chain accessories have broken wires and broken insulators. Repairs are expected to be completed by the evening of September 10.
