With the theme "Safe Traffic Skills", experts analyzed typical violations that students and people are prone to, and at the same time gave practical recommendations to prevent accidents, improve situation handling skills and protect the safety of themselves and the community when participating in traffic.

The program is organized by Cong Ly Newspaper in coordination with the Office of the National Traffic Safety Committee, the Southern Center for Education and Training Development - Ministry of Education and Training, the Traffic Safety Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, the People's Police Academy and the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.

Therefore, we must require ourselves to follow the rules, not just obey traffic laws when we see traffic police" - Lieutenant Colonel - Doctor Dao Trung Hieu analyzed.
At the program, Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Minh Vuong, Driver's License Examination and Issuance Team of the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police, emphasized that when having a traffic accident or a work accident that causes a head injury, one must absolutely not be subjective. Especially, when driving a vehicle, whether traveling a short or long distance, one must wear a helmet and fasten the seat belt.

Students of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law enthusiastically answered questions at the program.
Through videos recreating common traffic incidents, quick-thinking questions and open discussion activities, students have the opportunity to analyze violations, identify errors and evaluate consequences. Recreating situations helps students acquire legal knowledge in an intuitive and easy-to-understand way, while also being more aware of their responsibilities when driving on the road.
Applying artificial intelligence to exam grading
At the program, the organizers held a closing ceremony and awarded prizes for the online contest "Learning about laws on traffic order and safety".
Ms. To Thi Lan Phuong, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Cong Ly Newspaper , said that from hundreds of thousands of entries, the organizing committee selected and decided to award prizes to the 36 best individuals in the 4 online competitions.

The new point of the contest is the application of artificial intelligence in 3 main stages, including: Receiving and identifying the set of questions; supporting scoring according to the level of content and semantic match of the answers; filtering data from hundreds of thousands of exams, extracting exams with high scores to transfer to the final judging panel, ensuring the fairness, objectivity and accuracy of the contest.
