Over the past few days, Khanh Hoa has been struggling with the heaviest floods in recent years. The water level rose rapidly, thousands of houses were submerged in floodwaters; electricity, water, and transportation were interrupted, isolating many residential areas. In the midst of this difficult time, the timely sharing of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company warmed the hearts of people in the flood-hit areas.

With a sense of responsibility and sharing, since the morning of November 20, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company has urgently mobilized 9 canoes, basket boats with more than 200 officers, employees and rescue forces, crossing the water areas, approaching deep flooded areas, where the authorities encountered many obstacles in accessing by road. The Company's staff has presented thousands of gifts (including drinking water, cakes, instant noodles, medicine and necessities) to people in the heavily damaged areas.

During this emergency relief, as of November 24, the Company has donated 4,000 gifts (including milk, bird's nest drinks, Sanna drinks, bread, sausages, medicine), 17 tons of rice, 3,500 boxes of noodles, 950 trays of bird's nest drinks, 2,800 boxes of Sanna drinks and many other gifts with a total value of more than 1.7 billion VND.

The total cost of this relief effort is expected to continue to increase as the Company expands its support of essential goods and medicines to many other localities in the province in the coming days.

From November 24th to now, the Women's Union, Youth Union of units: Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company, Provincial Military Command and Ho Chi Minh City have coordinated to transport 15 tons of essential goods (clothes, blankets, drinking water, instant noodles and some daily necessities) to localities such as Tay Nha Trang ward, communes: Dien Lac, Dien Dien, Dien Phuoc, Dien Hoa, Dien Son, Ninh Hoa, Cam Lam,...

At each gift-giving point, cadres, women's union members and youth union members personally delivered the gifts to the people, with special priority given to households in difficult circumstances, the elderly living alone and households severely damaged by floods. In addition to providing material support, the force also visited and encouraged people mentally, helping them to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
