Emphasizing the importance and urgency of this work, the Minister noted that tasks must be completed on schedule and no work must be left out.
Referring to the issue of database as the number one priority, the Minister paid special attention to moving towards connecting and using digital transcripts and digital diplomas. If digital diplomas can be deployed, many administrative procedures will be reduced.



There are 3 groups of databases on preschool education , general education and continuing education, university education and vocational education, we must supplement and update, when the infrastructure is fully guaranteed, ensuring information security. Preschool, general education, vocational education and university education units select a number of relatively clean, live data fields, and share them on the National Public Service Portal system.
Noting the tasks related to each specific unit, the Minister suggested that each department, bureau, and unit need to review and clearly define their responsibilities, ensure the progress of each task, and coordinate closely to ensure overall results.
According to Decision No. 2125/QD-BGDDT, the Steering Committee meets regularly every 3 months and irregularly upon the call of the Head of the Steering Committee. When necessary, the Steering Committee and Sub-Committees can hold meetings, inviting representatives of agencies, units, and experts to participate in discussions and proposals.
