This festival has become a traditional event through successive Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festivals, aiming to promote the culinary excellence of Khanh Hoa's bird's nest products.

A total of 21 teams participated in this year's festival.

Within 90 minutes, each team of 3 members will prepare 2 dishes, one savory and one sweet, for 4 people, using Sanvinest Khánh Hòa bird's nest as the main ingredient.

The organizers provided each team with a budget of 1,500,000 VND and 20 grams of refined bird's nest from natural bird's nest islands in Khanh Hoa.

The competing teams created innovative and unique dishes, showcasing the finest aspects of bird's nest cuisine and allowing consumers to appreciate the nutritional value of Khánh Hòa's natural bird's nest. Simultaneously, it promoted the distinctive culinary culture of the "land of agarwood forests and bird's nests" to domestic and international tourists.

Each team will prepare one savory dish and one dessert.

As a result of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the special prize to team number 7 – Sanest Khanh Hoa Beverage Joint Stock Company.

First prize went to two teams: Khanh Hoa Bird's Nest Processing Factory and Sanatech - Sanatech Land - Scientific Research. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 3 second prizes, 4 third prizes, 5 consolation prizes, and 6 effort prizes to the participating teams.
