Van Dat Group Joint Stock Company, stock code: VDG (address at B07 Jamona Home Resort, Street 12, Hiep Binh Phuoc Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City), formerly Van Dat Architecture Group Joint Stock Company, established in 2019, with initial capital contribution of 50 billion VND.

Van Dat Group operates mainly in the retail of fabrics, wool, yarn, sewing thread and other textiles in specialized stores.

Regarding production and business situation, in 2023, the Company achieved net revenue of more than VND 213.45 billion (up 30% over the same period in 2022), after-tax profit reached more than VND 2.57 billion (down 20% over the same period last year).

In the first 6 months of 2024, the Company's net revenue reached more than VND 110.47 billion (up 35% over the same period in 2023), after-tax profit reached more than VND 1.08 billion (down 13% over the same period last year).

On September 26, 5 million VDG shares will officially be traded on the UPCoM market at HNX with a reference price on the first trading day of VND11,000/share; the value of registered securities for trading (at par value of VND10,000/share) is VND50 billion.
