70 new party members report their achievements to President Ho Chi Minh.

This morning, August 27th, Doan Trung Tuan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hanoi City, led a delegation from the Party Committee of the Bloc to offer incense at the Monument to the Heroes and Martyrs on Bac Son Street, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, and to visit the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh.

This is a meaningful and practical activity organized by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies in Hanoi to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Hanoi and the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hanoi (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024).

Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hanoi City, Doan Trung Tuan, and the delegation offered incense at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs on Bac Son Street.

The delegation included members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hanoi City and 70 newly admitted party members on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hanoi City.

In a solemn atmosphere at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs on Bac Son Street, with a wreath bearing the inscription "Forever grateful to the Heroes and Martyrs," the delegation of the Party Committee of the City's Agencies Bloc expressed their boundless gratitude to the outstanding sons and daughters of the nation, the courageous heroes and martyrs who selflessly shed their blood and bravely fought, dedicating their youth to the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the happiness of the people.

Next, the delegation laid a wreath at the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh . The wreath bore the inscription "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh".

The delegation from the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hanoi City visited the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh.

Before the sacred image of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegates respectfully commemorated the contributions of President Ho Chi Minh – the brilliant leader of our Party and people, the great teacher of the Vietnamese revolution, the national liberation hero, a world cultural figure, who brought glory to our nation, our people, and our country. The delegates pledged to uphold the tradition of unity, strive, and work hard to build the capital city into an increasingly prosperous and beautiful place, as desired by President Ho Chi Minh.

Offering incense at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel historical site, Doan Trung Tuan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the City's Agencies Bloc, and members of the delegation expressed their profound gratitude for the contributions of the ancestors in building and defending the nation. They also pledged unity and determination to lead the Party Committee of the Bloc to become increasingly strong, continuing to build and develop the Capital City to be worthy of its role as the national political and administrative center, a major center for culture, science, education, economy, and international trade, and a driving force for development in the Red River Delta region and the entire country.

According to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies in Hanoi, in carrying out the task of Party building, the Party Committee of the Bloc has paid great attention to the work of developing Party members. During the 2020-2025 term, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc issued Project No. 05-DA/DUK dated November 2, 2021, on improving the quality of new Party member recruitment in the 2021-2025 period; and especially issued Plan No. 109-KH/DUK dated February 1, 2024, on organizing the ceremony to admit 70 new Party members on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies in Hanoi.

Following today's incense offering ceremony, it is expected that on the evening of September 4th, 70 newly admitted party members will attend the art program "Shining Brightly with Faith in the Party" held at the Hanoi Grand Opera House.
