Apple has just issued an urgent warning to iPhone users in at least 80 countries. This was a targeted attack campaign, utilizing sophisticated spyware.
Apple says the total number of alerts issued to date has exceeded 150 countries. Google also noted the activities of Intellexa – a provider of espionage tools that has been criticized by many international organizations, with its Predator platform targeting hundreds of targets.
Spyware can infiltrate a device with just a single malicious iMessage. The attacker could read messages and remotely activate the microphone and camera. Experts recommend that users update to the latest iOS version and enable Lockdown Mode.
Signs of intrusion include unusual overheating, slow response times, or the appearance of unfamiliar applications. Readers are invited to watch the following video : The "using someone else's face" tactic of a gambling and money laundering ring worth trillions of dong | VTV24
