The ASEAN Identity Exhibition presents 300 outstanding photographs and documentary films selected from 10 ASEAN countries. The works in the exhibition reflect a wide range of themes, including the beauty of the land and people of ASEAN nations, the traditional cultures of ASEAN countries, and the ethnic groups within the ASEAN community. Each work boasts high artistic quality, a wealth of information, and diverse styles. Through the images in the exhibition, viewers can see both the unique characteristics of each country and the similarities in culture, religion, ethnicity, customs, and daily life among ASEAN nations. For example, viewers might encounter images of temples in Cambodia resembling those in Thailand, terraced rice paddies created by the Ifugao people in the Philippines similar to those of the Hmong people in the Northwest highlands of Vietnam, or the long-necked people of Thailand strikingly similar to those of the long-necked people in Kayas State, Myanmar. Through the exhibition, people in the region have the opportunity to understand each other better, become closer, and work together to build a united, friendly, cooperative, and developing ASEAN Community for the benefit of the people of each country, and for peace, stability, and development in the region and the world .
