The ASEAN Identity Exhibition introduces to viewers 300 outstanding photographic works and documentary films selected from 10 ASEAN countries. The works at the Exhibition reflect many rich themes such as: the beauty of the countries and people of ASEAN countries, traditional cultures of ASEAN countries, ethnic groups in the ASEAN community... Each work has good artistic quality, a large amount of information, and diverse expression styles. Through the images at the exhibition, viewers can see the characteristics of each country, as well as the similarities in culture, religion, ethnicity, customs, habits, and life of countries in the ASEAN bloc. Somewhere, viewers will encounter images of temples in Cambodia that have similar features to temples in Thailand, terraced fields created by the Ifugao people in the Philippines that are similar to the terraced fields of the H'mong people in the Northwest highlands of Vietnam... or the long-necked people in Thailand that are very similar to the long-necked people in Kayas state, Myanmar. Through the exhibition, people in the region have the opportunity to understand each other better, get closer together and join hands to build an ASEAN Community of solidarity, friendship, cooperation and development for the benefit of the people of each country, for peace, stability and development of the region and the world .
