The Ca Mau Peninsula has long been known as a region rich in natural resources. As a result, many economic models have been implemented, such as: dried shrimp production, farming of mudskippers, blood cockles, grouper, and cooperatives developing OCOP products, helping local people earn a stable income. Among these, dried shrimp, sourced from natural ingredients under the forest canopy, in rivers, and from the sea, is one of the familiar specialties for customers both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Nguyen Chi Tam, owner of a dried shrimp production facility in Khai Long hamlet, said: "Our facility always prioritizes food safety. As a result, our dried shrimp products not only have a unique flavor but also meet high quality standards."
