This morning (December 27), the Executive Committee of the 19th Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee held its 23rd meeting to elect the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
At the conference, with 100% of the provincial Party Committee members present voting unanimously, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong was elected to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Viet Oanh was elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong was born on October 29, 1973; Professional qualifications: Hanoi Law University (major in Law), Hanoi Open University (major in Business Accounting), Master of Law; advanced political theory qualification.
Before being elected as Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Ms. Huong was a member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Inspection Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Leaders of Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate the two new Deputy Secretaries of Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Oanh was born on July 26, 1980; Professional qualifications: Hanoi University of Transport (major in Road and Bridge Construction), Thai Nguyen University (major in Economic Law), Master of Highway and City Road Construction; Advanced political theory qualification.
Before being elected as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Oanh was a member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department. Previously, Mr. Nguyen Viet Oanh held the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Transport of Bac Giang province for many years.
Previously, on December 26, 2024, the Central Party Office issued Official Dispatch No. 12748-CV/VPTW notifying the Central Party Secretariat's opinion on introducing personnel to fill leadership positions in Bac Giang province.
The Secretariat has proposed to nominate Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, to be elected as Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term; to nominate Mr. Nguyen Viet Oanh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, to be elected as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, Chairman of the Bac Giang Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
