For almost a year now, localities in the six socio -economic regions nationwide have been reorganizing their development spaces according to Resolution No. 252/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly. This involves both reorganizing internal spaces and anticipating external opportunities. Shaping a "new space" will define a "new stature," thereby establishing strengths and awakening dynamic regions and growth poles. One can imagine the robust structure of these dynamic regions and growth poles, with "blood vessels" surging through massive transportation projects, seaports, airports, etc. New opportunities are opening up with the marine economy, clean energy, and more. The connections between the deep sea, plains, and high mountains, the strategic links in the maritime logistics chain, the movements in key regions, and the necessary pauses in the urban "symphony" are becoming increasingly clear.

In the region connecting the two ends of the country, specifically from Quang Tri to Lam Dong and Dak Lak, where socio-economic regions (North Central, South Central coastal, and Central Highlands) intersect, the old linkages remain unbroken, even opening up opportunities for broader connections. Along this journey, expectations always go hand in hand with challenges. There are breakthroughs and shifting trends, golden opportunities and green corridors, paradises (seaside living, forest sleeping) and golden keys ( ecotourism )..., but there are also burning questions: how will we "untangle" the bottlenecks in regional connectivity so that each locality can take off?
Across the breadth of space and the depth of time, we not only place our faith in economic resilience but also see an ever-increasing richness in the hidden value of regional cultures. From the poignant echoes of conch shells resounding across the Hoang Sa sea and sky to the silent acts of kindness at historical sites along the Truong Son mountain range, from the secrets of thousand-year-old towers to peaceful countryside transformed into film sets... all enrich the legacy left by our ancestors.
