Does Bui Quynh Hoa have a chance to make it to the top?

At exactly 8:00 AM on November 19th (Vietnam time), the Miss Universe 2023 final took place with over 80 beautiful contestants competing.

The program was broadcast live on the competition's YouTube channel. In Vietnam, viewers could watch it on theFPT Play platform.

In this crucial final night, the judges will select the top 20, then the top 10. The contestant with the most votes will be called into the top 11 to showcase their evening gowns. Afterwards, the 5 contestants with the highest scores will proceed to the Q&A round to determine the winners of the top titles.

Before the final, numerous beauty websites such as Missosology, Global Beauties , and Sash Factor released their predictions. However, Bui Quynh Hoa, Vietnam's representative, was not highly rated.

She didn't even appear on the list of predicted top 20 finalists. Whereas in previous rankings, the Vietnamese beauty was predicted to be a sure bet to be in the top 20.

According to assessments, the outstanding beauties who could win include those from Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, Thailand, the Philippines, and others.

The prediction that Bui Quynh Hoa would not make it into the top 20 also caused concern among Vietnamese viewers. They also sent words of encouragement and hoped that the Vietnamese representative would make a comeback in the final night.
