Coffee Company 15 was formed in 1996, based on the merger of Farms 352 and 712. The footsteps of soldiers imprinted on the red soil not only carried the aspiration for wealth but also the responsibility of maintaining political security, stabilizing people's lives, and contributing to sustainable poverty reduction.
Currently, the unit manages 828.23 hectares of commercial coffee plantations; 33.06 hectares have been newly planted or replanted; and 23 hectares of coffee are grown organically. Each coffee tree is cared for not only with technical expertise but also with the responsibility of a soldier towards the environment and the long-term future of this strategic land.

2025 marks a significant milestone in the company's modernization process. The company has invested in a large-capacity ground coffee processing plant with a modern, integrated production line from roasting to grinding and packaging; with a capacity of approximately 200 kg/hour, equivalent to 500 tons of coffee per year. Key product lines such as roasted ground coffee, paper filter coffee, coffee bags, organic coffee, and specialty organic coffee have standardized processes and consistent quality, better meeting consumer needs.
Alongside investing in production, the company focuses on brand building, registering trademark protection at the Intellectual Property Office and the Copyright Office; registering for OCOP 4-star product evaluation and certification, gradually establishing the "Soldier's Coffee" brand in the market.

Lieutenant Colonel Le Trung Thanh, Director of the company, believes: "Growing coffee is not just a business matter, but a way to protect the land, the people, and the region. We have chosen the path of green agriculture as a steadfast commitment to this land."
That commitment was realized through charitable projects for the local people. In 2025 alone, the company built 16 "Comrade Houses" and 5 "Great Solidarity Homes" in Dak Lak , Gia Lai, and Lam Dong; hundreds of breeding cows and goats, along with tens of tons of animal feed, were handed directly to poor households...

The unit also persistently guided the local people to change their outdated production practices, helping them rise out of poverty sustainably. Programs providing free medical examinations and medicine to the people have further strengthened the bond between the military and the people, creating a solid foundation of popular support.
Spring 2026 has arrived. Amidst the sun and wind of the vast mountains, the coffee plantations of Coffee Company 15 are lush and resilient, like the unwavering spirit of the soldiers. The aroma of coffee spreads not only with the sweetness of the harvest but also with the warm affection of the bond between the military and the people. Silently and persistently, these soldiers engaged in economic activities have been and continue to protect the land, the people, and the territory with dedication and responsibility.
