On her personal page, Hoa Minzy happily announced to her family, friends, and fans that she had been elected as one of the 127 members of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, 14th term. She is also the youngest delegate of the 2026-2031 term.

Singer Hoa Minzy was born in 1995 in Bac Ninh province. After finishing high school, she asked her mother for permission to move to Hanoi to sing in tea rooms and cafes to earn money for vocal training. She became known to the public after winning the Star Academy 2014 competition. At that time, Hoa Minzy was famous for the song "Letter I Haven't Sent to You" (Nguyen Hai Phong), showcasing her high, powerful voice.
In 2018, she announced her retirement from the music industry if she didn't have a hit song. Afterward, the singer released the music video "Rời bỏ" (Leaving) (composed by Vũ Huy Hoàng). The work was well-received, giving her the confidence to continue in the profession. Releasing "Không thể cùng nhau suốt kiếp" (Cannot Be Together for a Lifetime) (composed by Mr. Siro) in 2020, Hòa Minzy was highly praised and subsequently won the Music Video of the Year award at the Làn Sóng Xanh Awards.
