Hanoi will ensure absolute security and safety for BlackPink 's concert on July 29th and 30th at My Dinh National Stadium.

Hanoi City authorities have stated that they have assigned tasks to relevant departments, agencies, and localities to direct the City Police and the Hanoi Capital Command to develop plans to ensure absolute security and safety; and the Department of Health to develop plans to ensure medical services and epidemic prevention during the two days of BlackPink's concert in Hanoi.
The "Black Pink World Tour 2023" is a large-scale, international cultural event. Black Pink is a leading and popular South Korean girl group, beloved by young people. According to the Hanoi authorities, hosting Black Pink's show in Hanoi will contribute to enhancing the image of Hanoi-Vietnam as a safe and friendly destination, affirming Vietnam's efforts in organizing major events; and providing an opportunity for Hanoi to engage in cultural exchange and develop its cultural industry.
The Hanoi People's Committee requests the Central Propaganda Department, the Ministry of Information and Communications, and media agencies to support and publicize this international cultural event, promoting Vietnam's image as a friendly and hospitable country, a suitable location for organizing political, cultural, and sporting events for international friends. They also request support for the audience by providing information on necessary regulations and guidelines for attending the program to ensure the event's success.
According to statistics, BlackPink's concert on July 29th is expected to attract around 36,000 attendees, and the concert on July 30th is expected to attract around 31,000 attendees.
