Since around 5pm ( Hanoi time), some users have reported problems with OpenAI's chatbot. Customers in the UK first reported the problem, which then spread to the European region.

According to the editors at Tech Radar, the error status is not the same for all users. Paid customers still use it normally. On the contrary, most of the customers who have problems are non-paying users. In some cases, the software shows a message “Cannot find conversation”.

The situation has gradually improved since 6pm, although the server is still overloaded, the number of successful processing has increased.
This could be a connection or server issue. The issue occurs across the entire ChatGPT language model, regardless of version 4.5 or 4o. Similarly, Sora is almost completely broken, with no video processing response to commands.
This isn’t the first time OpenAI’s popular tool has suffered widespread problems. The number of users has skyrocketed, making each time it crashes more severe. This time the problem occurred during the afternoon working hours of European steps.
According to the latest report, ChatGPT now has up to 400 million monthly active users. This also puts a lot of pressure on the server system, which has to handle a larger number of requests. In addition, photo and video creation services also consume resources.
