Videography and photography services for engagement and wedding ceremonies have become very popular during wedding season.
These days, the staff at Lam Sung Event Tent (Yen Ky commune) are busy preparing for a series of consecutive weddings during the peak season at the end of the year. From setting up tents, decorating the stage, arranging tables and chairs to checking the sound and lighting systems... every step is arranged smoothly, but the packed schedule makes the work more hectic than ever. Mr. Nguyen Ba Lam, owner of Lam Sung Event Tent, shared: "Our tent is fully booked from now until the end of January 2026. Many couples who call later have to wait for available slots or find other options."
According to Mr. Lam, this year the number of wedding tent bookings has increased dramatically compared to the same period in previous years. Not only are there wedding guests from Phu Tho province , but also many couples from neighboring provinces, causing the tent setup schedule to be fully booked well in advance.

Thanks to its modern photography style, ability to capture natural moments, and a flexible young team, MUSE Wedding Studio has become a familiar choice for many couples during wedding season.
One notable factor is the increasingly diverse and personalized demands of clients. From decorative color schemes and backdrop designs to decor styles and types of tables and chairs, many families request a "VIP" event with meticulous attention to detail to create a luxurious and opulent atmosphere. He also emphasized that to meet these increasingly high and diverse demands, the staff must work continuously and coordinate closely with families to ensure that each wedding runs smoothly.
Besides wedding tent setup services, this year's wedding season has also seen a significant surge in demand for makeup services. In Ha Hoa commune, Phan Thi Thanh Huong's Thanh Huong Photo Studio has been fully booked in recent weeks. Ms. Huong said that the number of clients booking makeup services at the end of the year has increased sharply, especially on auspicious days according to the lunar calendar. "On weekends alone, my schedule is almost completely full. Some days I have to leave at 2-3 am to do the bride's makeup in time for her wedding," she shared.

According to Ms. Huong, the demand for beauty services during wedding season is not limited to bridal makeup. Many families also book makeup packages for bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, and even wedding guests. These packages come with diverse requests: a light and airy Korean makeup style, a sophisticated and sharp look, or a natural look combined with quick on-the-spot hair styling and perms...

Ms. Phan Thi Thanh Huong meticulously attends to every detail for the bride before filming.
Not immune to the general "heat" of wedding season, MUSE Wedding Studio, owned by Ms. Nguyen Thi To Minh in Thanh Mieu ward, is also experiencing an overload of wedding photography and videography bookings. Ms. Minh said that the number of bookings has doubled compared to the middle of the year; service packages such as wedding videography, outdoor photography, and artistic wedding photography are always fully booked, with many couples having to book 1-2 months in advance.
Not only has the number of clients increased, but the trend in wedding services this year has also changed significantly. Most clients are now requesting wedding videography in a cinematic style, capturing natural moments and telling their love story like a film. Outdoor photoshoots at studios, parks, etc., or night shoots with special lighting effects are also in high demand.

Wedding venues are busy preparing for peak season weddings.
Ms. Minh added that to meet the increased demand, the studio had to increase its support staff, add more equipment, and work almost around the clock on weekends. In addition, many couples needed wedding videos to be shown on their wedding day, produced urgently within 24-48 hours, which significantly increased the workload.
According to numerous wedding service providers in the province, this year's wedding season started earlier, lasted longer, and was more intense than in previous years. This is partly due to many families choosing the end of the year and the beginning of 2026 as an auspicious time for their weddings, and partly due to the trend of increasingly elaborate and large-scale wedding ceremonies. The fact that wedding venues are fully booked until the end of January 2026, makeup studios are constantly overloaded, and studios have to split their filming and photography teams continuously shows that the wedding market is at its most vibrant stage.
The surge in demand has also led to an upward trend in wedding services: venues are decorated in a coordinated concept, sound and lighting are more professional; makeup is more diverse in style; and wedding photography and videography are invested in professionally as a media product. Customers are increasingly demanding, more diverse, and willing to pay more for a complete ceremony.
Despite their busy schedules, those working in wedding services always strive to meet the surging demand from clients. For them, each wedding season is a race against time, but also a time to affirm their reputation and the quality of their services.
