Major fire breaks out in a mini-apartment building in Hanoi.

Witnesses said the apartment building was about 9 stories high and that many people were trapped inside.

The Hanoi City Police Fire Prevention and Rescue Force, the Fire Prevention and Rescue University, and other forces deployed nearly 20 fire trucks to the scene to extinguish the fire.

As of 0:10 AM on September 13th, authorities are still working to extinguish the fire.

According to reports from the scene, many injured people were being brought out by medical personnel.

According to a witness, the apartment building has 45 units, and a witness on the third floor managed to lower a rope ladder to safety.

At approximately 0:32 AM, at the scene, the remaining residents who had not yet escaped were either running to the rooftop or fleeing in panic and chaos.

At 0:42, another witness stated that the fire originated in the parking garage. Their initial suspicion was that the fire broke out due to an electrical short circuit while charging an electric motorbike.

At 0:45 AM, the house continued to burn. Medical personnel continued to push stretchers into the scene...
