According to The Guardian , the relationship between Maresca and Chelsea has completely broken down, and the manager is preparing to leave. Sources indicate that Maresca wants to leave the club, but is open to the possibility of parting ways without any compensation, given that his contract runs until 2029.
Even Sky Sports has confirmed that Maresca will not be playing for Chelsea against Man City at the Etihad Stadium in the 20th round of the Premier League this weekend. "There's a possibility Maresca could leave Chelsea before Friday," the source concluded.
