Three teachers were dismissed.

Regarding the case of the 3-year-old boy who was abused in Hoang Mai, Hanoi , the school's management board has decided to dismiss three teachers starting March 21st, following complaints.

Regarding the case in Hanoi where parents accused a kindergarten teacher of abusing their 3-year-old son, causing him to be terrified and cry uncontrollably in the middle of the night, the principal of E. Kindergarten ( located at Building N02, New Horizon Urban Area, Linh Nam Street, Mai Dong Ward, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi) has decided to dismiss three teachers.

Accordingly, the three Moon Reggio teachers, LTO, TTL, and NTT, have been dismissed for the reason that "through verification of class activity videos from March 10th to March 17th, the school confirms that the teachers exhibited inappropriate behavior towards students and failed to comply with school regulations regarding child safety."

Therefore, the school's administration decided to terminate the employment of the three teachers starting from March 21st. During their termination, these teachers will still be responsible for cooperating with the investigating authorities, the school, and parents throughout the process of handling the incident.

According to a report from E. Kindergarten, on the morning of March 19th, the school's management received a complaint from the parents of child D.MK, from the Moon Reggio class, regarding alleged violence by the teacher towards their child. The family requested that the school verify the information and take appropriate action.

By March 20th, the school confirmed that there had been inappropriate behavior from the teachers. To ensure objectivity and transparency, the school decided to temporarily suspend the three teachers in charge and cooperate with relevant authorities to verify and clarify the incident.

On March 21st, after reviewing and recognizing the teachers' misconduct, such as using their hands to touch students' cheeks, shoulders, legs, and arms (without leaving marks) during activities, the school decided to dismiss the individuals involved. These teachers are currently cooperating with the Mai Dong Ward Police and the Hanoi City Police in clarifying and verifying the incident.

From the school's perspective, immediately after the incident occurred, the school's administration wished to meet with and apologize to the students and their families. Furthermore, on March 21st, the school's administration held a parent meeting for the Moon Reggio class to clarify related information.
