The "Little Cricket" Song Group Festival is a healthy and beneficial playground, providing an opportunity for song groups from schools across the city to introduce themselves and exchange knowledge. This is the fourth year the festival has included participation from junior high school students. The festival is considered a platform that contributes to promoting arts and culture activities, creating conditions for the development of artistic activities in schools.

At the opening ceremony on July 29th, the organizers encouraged participating units to present songs that expressed the heroic spirit and youthful energy of the city's students in their studies, scientific research, and participation in social activities; showcasing the pioneering, dynamic, and creative spirit of students in the city proudly named after the beloved President Ho Chi Minh. At the same time, they highlighted love for their homeland, country, school, teachers, friends, and affection for Ho Chi Minh City, expressing the dreams, aspirations, and ambitions of the city's students.

This year's festival attracted 76 student song groups.

This year's festival attracted 76 song groups from junior high schools, high schools, and vocational training centers. Furthermore, according to the organizers, a highlight of this year's festival is the expansion of Category C to include video clip production, increasing creativity and attracting talent from students today.

This year's Little Cricket Song Group Festival is expected to attract 10,000 students, teachers, and parents.
