On November 12, Louis had an impressive debut for the Czech Republic U19 team with a hat-trick against Azerbaijan U19, contributing greatly to the home team's 6-1 victory in the European U19 qualifiers.

The match against U19 Azerbaijan marked the perfect start for the young striker. Not only did Louis complete his hat-trick, he also contributed 1 assist to help U19 Czech win overwhelmingly and maintain the top position in the group.

Before shining at youth level, Louis caught the eye at Pisa’s academy, scoring eight goals last season for the U19s. This season, he even made his Serie A debut, showing great potential to become a future star of Italian football.

Notably, the person who gave Louis the opportunity at Pisa was coach Pippo Inzaghi - the 2006 World Cup champion and also Buffon's former teammate.

Despite having Italian nationality, Louis decided to play for the Czech Republic – his mother’s homeland – in February this year. This decision received support from Buffon.

“My father advised me to choose the Czech Republic, because we both thought it was the best choice for my career,” Louis shared in a recent interview.

According to FIFA rules, Louis can still change his team selection in the future if he has not played an official match for the Czech Republic.
