Accordingly, the DFE 5G chip, entirely designed by Viettel's engineers, is capable of performing 1 trillion calculations per second, meeting the 3GPP (Mobile Group of Programmers for Mobile Communications) 5G standards, equivalent to 5G chips from the world's top 10 semiconductor companies. Simultaneously, Viettel introduced AI applications for customer interaction, finance, and entertainment called Vi An. This is Vietnam's first Human AI, creating a new way of interacting. This Human AI can engage in friendly and natural conversations with customers.
During MWC 2024, the US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) announced the results of its evaluation of 133 facial recognition solutions worldwide, conducted since July 2023. In eight measurement categories, Viettel AI's technology ranked in the top 10 in five categories, including off-front photos, low resolution, and poor lighting. Its highest ranking was in the top 4 category for facial recognition at a 90-degree angle. Prior to this, in mid-December 2023, NIST announced that CMC Group's CIVAMS facial recognition solution also ranked in the top 12 globally, surpassing 535 FaceID solutions developed globally and submitted by major Vietnamese companies.
Viettel announced that its private 5G system is complete and has secured an export contract to India. The Viettel Digital Finance platform has also been exported to seven international markets, many of which are experiencing high growth rates, such as Mozambique (450%), Laos (244%), Haiti (232%), Timor Leste (139%), and Burundi (91%). Viettel's information security services are now available in four international markets: Japan, Myanmar, Timor Leste, and Hong Kong (China).

Revenue from digital transformation in overseas markets reached VND 10,425 billion, a 42% increase compared to the same period last year, focusing on new technologies such as Cloud, AI/Data Analytics…
Meanwhile, CMC, thanks to exporting technology services and solutions, has established more than 40 partners worldwide, including Samsung, Dell, Microsoft, SAP, and others.
