Realizing that advantage, over the past 5 years, the Party Committee and Steering Committee of the 35 Provincial Military Party Committees, the Party Committees of agencies and units of the armed forces have led and directed the effective implementation of Resolution 35-NQ/TW and the project. The propaganda is integrated in reading newspapers , unit activities, weekly and monthly news reports related to the prevention and control of "peaceful evolution", combining ideological orientation, helping officers and soldiers identify new plots and tricks increasingly sophisticated of hostile forces.
