
Accordingly, 28 organizations and individuals participated in the "auction" by submitting registration forms with short-term land lease prices higher than the starting price set by the city for investing in and operating parking lots and parking garages.
Among the 19 organizations and individuals who registered to lease the 4,016m² plot of land designated as I, with four street frontages on Tran Thanh Tong, Tran Nhan Tong, An Hai 14, and Le Chan streets (in An Hai ward), one individual who submitted the highest lease price of 305,500 VND/ m² /year (six times higher than the starting price) was selected to lease the land.
Plot A-2 at the corner of Le Van Duyet, Van Don, and Bui Duong Lich streets (Son Tra ward), measuring 10,300 m², was registered for lease by an individual at a price of 183,500 VND/ m² /year (three times higher than the starting price).
An organization was selected to lease plot A13, measuring 5,434 m², with four street frontages on Vo Van Kiet, Chinh Huu, My Khe 6, and My Khe 2 streets, at a rental price of 197,200 VND/ m² /year.

According to the Da Nang City Land Development Center, the three aforementioned land plots are leased out, generating a total revenue of over 4.188 billion VND per year for the State budget.
From now until the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Horse, the unit will continue to coordinate the selection and leasing of more land plots from the public land fund to meet the needs of people, households, and businesses, and contribute to socio -economic development.
