Dien Bien TV - As part of the series of activities of the 2025 Hoa Ban Festival, the contest to introduce culture and tourism of districts, towns and cities takes place at the Highland Cultural Space, the relic area of the Dien Bien Phu Group Center, is one of the highlights attracting a large number of people and tourists to attend.
The contest had 10 contestants from districts, towns and cities. Within 15 minutes, each contestant had to explain, introduce and promote cultural and tourism products in the area. The contest content had themes related to the characteristics of the land and people of the localities, highlighting the colorful cultural space and community activities of the ethnic minorities in Dien Bien province; spreading cultural and tourism values in the area.

The contest to introduce culture and tourism of districts, towns and cities was organized to introduce tourists to learn more about the traditional cultural values of ethnic groups in Dien Bien province, tourist attractions; contributing to the preservation and conservation of historical values. The contest left many emotions and impressions on many people and tourists.

The jury scores based on the following criteria: Instructional and introductory content; display and illustration content of traditional cultural spaces. At the same time, display and introduction of costumes, cultural spaces, traditional occupations; accurate, concise, attractive information creates impressions and emotions.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Chuyen, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dien Bien province, said: “Through the contest, we see that the traditional values of ethnic groups are clearly expressed and rich in identity.
